Coffee Beans are the product obtained from coffee cherries; clean, free of impurities and foreign matter, free of contamination and infestation that has been selected, pulped, fermented, washed, dried and stored.
Roasted grain that is ground to a degree of granulometry depending on how it will be infused later. From very fine to very coarse the systems would be: Turkish coffee, espresso, moka, filter, aeropress and plunger.
It is the product of the benefit of the grain which is obtained after removing the husk and mucilage, washing it and drying it to a humidity of 12%. The coffee can be stored in jute for two months, stored in a super bag plus jute for five months and in trilaminated packaging for 10 months.
